ace64 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the ace64 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These documents collectively form the complete agreement between you and ace64 with respect to your use of the platform.

Your acceptance is effective from the moment you tick the confirmation checkbox during account registration, or from the moment you first access any part of the ace64 platform, whichever occurs earlier. If you are accessing ace64 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

These Terms are available in English only. ace64 operates as an English-language platform targeting the Bangladesh market. Access to and use of the ace64 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ace64 enforces a strict minimum age of 21, which is higher than the legal minimum in many jurisdictions. This is a deliberate policy decision rooted in our commitment to responsible gaming in the Bangladesh market.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal recreational purposes only.
• You must not be a resident of or located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of ace64, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have a current self-exclusion in place on ace64 or have been permanently banned from the platform.

Age Verification: ace64 requires all players to verify their age at registration via mobile number verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, a full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required, including submission of a valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh or a valid passport. Accounts that cannot be verified will be restricted, and any unverified balance may be withheld pending successful verification.

ace64 reserves the right to request additional identity documents at any time and to suspend or close an account where age or identity cannot be satisfactorily confirmed. If it is discovered that a player was under the age of 21 at any point during their use of ace64, the account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and deposits will be returned where technically possible.

Each eligible individual may register one account only on the ace64 platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, ace64 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or bonuses accrued across them.

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ace64 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account security settings. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, and you must notify ace64 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

ace64 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. All bets placed through your account are deemed to have been placed by you, and you will be responsible for them regardless of whether the access was authorised.

Account Currency: All ace64 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). ace64 does not support multi-currency accounts. All deposits, withdrawals, balances, and bet settlements are processed in BDT.

ace64 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must originate from a payment account or card registered in the name of the ace64 account holder. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from an account or card belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will be refunded, with the account subject to review.

Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction. ace64 does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment method providers may apply their own transaction limits. Players with concerns about maximum deposit thresholds should contact ace64 support.

Deposits are typically credited to your ace64 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. ace64 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems, maintenance windows, or third-party network issues.

ace64 does not charge a transaction fee on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or card issuer may apply their own fees, for which ace64 bears no responsibility. It is your responsibility to understand any fees associated with your chosen payment method before depositing.

By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds are your own legally obtained money and that you are not depositing on behalf of any third party. ace64 operates anti-money laundering (AML) controls and may request documentation verifying the source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in a withdrawal hold or account suspension.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the ace64 cashier. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, subject to the payment method's availability for withdrawals. Where a direct reversal is not possible, ace64 will contact the player to confirm an alternative withdrawal channel.

Processing times: For fully verified accounts, ace64 targets a withdrawal processing time of approximately 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Withdrawals to Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard may take up to 24 hours. These are target processing times, not guaranteed service levels. ace64 is not liable for delays attributable to the payment provider's processing infrastructure.

Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. ace64 does not charge a withdrawal fee; however, your payment provider may deduct their own applicable charges.

KYC Requirement: All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals. ace64 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage of the withdrawal process, and to place a hold on withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of that process.

ace64 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, that follow unusual betting patterns, or that arise in connection with a suspected breach of these Terms. During any such review, the funds under review will be held and the player will be notified that a review is in progress.

Bonus-linked funds: Withdrawals of funds derived from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms. Withdrawals of bonus-linked funds will not be processed until the relevant wagering requirement has been met in full.

ace64 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. Each bonus or promotion is governed by specific terms that will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ace64 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited in BDT and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash unless the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must wager before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳20,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

ace64 is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system failures that occur during gameplay. In the event of a verifiable disconnection during an in-progress bet, ace64 will use game server logs to determine the outcome of the affected round. The outcome recorded by the game server at the time of disconnection will be treated as final.

Malfunction voids all pays: In the unlikely event that a game or system malfunction results in an erroneous display of winnings, ace64 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original stake to the player. ace64's liability in such cases is limited to returning the stake only.

Players must not use any form of automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to interact with any part of the ace64 platform. The use of such tools constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance accrued through automated play.

ace64 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ace64 account holders through the account settings menu:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications displaying the time elapsed and net position during an active session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term close your account for a minimum of 6 months, up to and including permanent closure.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ace64 platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of these activities will have their account immediately suspended or closed, all associated balances and winnings voided, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration or KYC information.

All content on the ace64 platform — including but not limited to the ace64 brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, user interface layouts, written content, game assets (where supplied by ace64 directly), and software — is the intellectual property of ace64 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ace64 platform solely for your personal, recreational, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the ace64 platform's content.

Game content displayed on ace64 is licensed from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners. Any unauthorised use of game content beyond what is necessary to play the games through the ace64 interface is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace64 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or loss of anticipated savings — even if ace64 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ace64's total cumulative liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ace64 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ace64 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the platform for a particular purpose or the accuracy of any information displayed on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death and personal injury caused by negligence.

Termination by the Player: You may close your ace64 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, ace64 will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money funds (subject to outstanding wagering requirements being settled) and close the account within 5 business days. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Termination by ace64: ace64 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that:

• The player has materially breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct in connection with the platform.
• The player's account poses an unacceptable money laundering, fraud, or reputational risk to ace64.
• The player has been found to be ineligible (e.g., under 21, in a prohibited jurisdiction, or a duplicate account holder).
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require it.

Where an account is closed by ace64 due to a material breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending a full review. Where no breach is found following review, the verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

ace64 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made — meaning a change that materially affects your rights or obligations under these Terms — ace64 will provide notice by posting a notification on the platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number registered to your account.

Minor or administrative amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter substance, or updates to contact information) may be made without specific notice. The effective date of any amendment will be stated at the top of the revised Terms document.

Your continued use of the ace64 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date. ace64 recommends that you review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ace64 operates as a platform targeted at the Bangladesh market and is committed to operating within a framework of compliance, fair play, and player protection consistent with international online gaming standards.

Any dispute arising from your use of the ace64 platform should first be directed to ace64 customer support at [email protected]. ace64 commits to investigating and responding to all formal complaints within 10 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct correspondence with the support team, ace64 will escalate the matter to its internal disputes resolution process and communicate the outcome to the player in writing.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
